Forensic psychiatrists were assigned to classify the ex-boyfriend as dangerous and have him locked away to protect society.
The accused refused to meet the psychiatrist. When confronted by prison guards, who warned him that his incarceration may be prolonged, due to his uncooperative attitude he countered: “Better a month longer in a cell, rather than not to be able to look into a mirror again. A few hours later he was released.
The court verdict from the week before, ordering his release, had been kept from him until then.

"LEaving the light on ” = High-risk-behavior
Excerpt from a DyRiAS (Dynamic Risk Assessment System) report:
5. Red-Flags-Behavior (possible high-risk behavior)
So called „Red-Flags“ are behavioral pattern, which tend to appears more dominantly in a perpetrator prior to deliberate acts of violence. These behavioral pattern appear as risk signs appear which indicate a disturbing development within a man, which could possibly result in a act of violence. When such signs appear, it is important to analyze them quickly and prepare and carry out appropriate preventive actions. Following Red-Flags-Signs should be looked at carefully in the case at hand 23. Infiltrating the apartment? In November 2012 using the apartment key after the victim stated her intent to break up he in the absence of the victim -left the light on. 38. Victim's fear for her life? Fear for her life in December 2012, further worries about violence by perpetrator. |
It elaborates by using dramatic terminology such as “Red Flags Behavior” claiming to interpret possible warnings on a pending act of violence by the subject.
In cases where the subject does not have a record of violence or substance abuse, the Swiss judicial system can get creative to reach its goals.

a rigged game, which can't be won.
In cases where the subject has not committed any crime, seemingly common and insignificant actions are condemned or interpreted as signals warning of a pending act of violence.
This ridiculous, unfounded, fraudulent report was filed by Chief medical doctor Marc Graf and his deputy Dr. med. Hennig Hachtel of the
Psychiatric Hospital of the University of Basel (UPK)

BY THE REQUEST OF ZURICH'S PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND AT THE EXPENSE OF SWISS TAXPAYERS.
Such reports are pivotal when a court must decide over a suspect's detention or release.
A DOCTORED PSYCH EVALUATION:
On September 5, 2013 Swiss prosecutor Manfred Hausherr ordered a psychiatric evaluation at the psychiatric university clinic of Basel (UPK = Universitäre Psychiatrische Kliniken Basel).
Willingly and knowingly the prosecutor provided the psychiatrists files which Container false, unverified information which in some cases go back decades. Among them false accusations and very biased reports.
Chief psychiatrist Dr. med. Marc Graf and his deputy Dr. med. Hennig Hachtel released on October 31, 2013 a 57 page evaluation based on police and prosecution files. A risk assessment questioner named „DyRiAS“ was used, similar to „FOTRES“ used by Zurich’s PPD (Psychiatrisch-Psychologischer Dienst), to arbitrarily lock up suspects indefinitely.
If you use a mathematical formula, but fill in wrong values, how accurate can the result be?
In short: the psych evaluation declared the subject a potential murderer, violent offender and troublemaker with a disturbed personality. With that excuse the Swiss judicial system justified preemptive imprisonment to „prevent potential acts of violence“. The subject had no prior convictions of violence.
Additionally the psychiatrist advised employees of the judicial system to avoid any „debates about right or wrong“ with the subject and subdue any rebellious behavior harshly and swiftly.
What is happening in this country is nothing else but an assault on freedom and basic rights, which justifies self defense including the use of force.
Officials and officers engaging in acts of intimidation and repression should be treated the same way as communist occupational forces or Islamic extremists trying to enforce „Sharia“ law on us.

The accused:
"I would like to bring two positive things about this evaluation to attention:
First of all it does recognize itself to have limited statement value.
And second the evaluation provides me with extra paper, in case I were to run out of toilet paper in my cell."

Ironically the Warden Georges Caccivio featured in this documentary has been fired in the mean time:
