Lie about seized weapons
Prosecutor Leu is trying to convict the suspect for possession of a suppressor (silencer), withholding the fact that the so called suppressor was a replica.
It belongs to a Umarex CP99 „Nighthawk“ CO2 pellet gun, which the police found during a house search in the basement.
In the course of a police search of the premises, where the accused resides, a large number of weapons and accessories for weapons were seized. The resulting reports on violation of weapon laws have not been written yet.
(A fraudulent attempt of prosecutor Susi Leu, to keep the accused longer in investigative custody, because in fact there were no illegal weapons seized, as they had hoped) |
LIST OF THE “LARGE NUMBER” OF SEIZED “WEAPONS”
The mentally deranged woman claims her ex-boyfriend brought a samurai sword camping in the woods. The sword in question is a collector’s piece which in experienced camper would hardly find use for while camping. The accusing woman did not even take part on the camping trip and her testimony barely makes sense.
Prosecutor:
And he took a samurai sword on a camping trip? Victim: Probably. Because I was so afraid on my way home on November 12, 2012, I called my neighbor Mrs. Frei and asked her if I could come to her place, because I had a problem. She agreed, so I went to her place. She was however babysitting. So I went to her place while a child was still there and only after the child was picked up, she said she would go over to my apartment to ring the doorbell and see if anyone was there. Nobody opened up. She came back. I unfortunately have a very thick skull. I asked if we could go over to my apartment again. Ring again. She thought it was a little dangerous, she didn’t know what he might do, if he is waiting there. Prosecutor: Why were you so frightened, at that point he had never threatened you and only written one SMS (text message)? |
Prosecutor Leu obviously doesn't care much about squandering tax money on senseless and hopeless criminal charges,
The victim herself has described during questioning, the accused as a peaceful person and treated her well.
(Interrogation from Dec. 17, 2012) Even if the description of the victim may be true, that the accused is a gun crazy, that does not justify the assumption that he might make unlawful use of weapons, |
