Interrogation on the case
Q: You pressed charges on December 4, 2012, can you say why? A: I am a burnout patient since 2010. I have been in treatment for that since 2011. I had to take time off work, for some time I couldn’t work at all. I started working part-time and since March 3, 2012 I am back to working full-time.My body is still at a when intense times are ahead such as Christmas or the breakup with my prior boyfriend last summer. There is a general belief, that one can carry on with full time work, but that is not true,I have experienced setbacks. That causes exhaustion and a weak immunity system. One is very susceptible to coughing. One has no energy. I am still being treated by my psychologist and my physician. Q: What is the name of your psychologist? A: Frau Eisenhut who practices in Winterthur. Q: Are you willing to releave her from professional secrecy duty? A: Yes in any case. |
Presently in psychological treatment at lic. phil. Monika Eisenhut in Winterthur.

The ex-girlfriend worked herself up in panicking fear, because her ex-boyfriend left the light on in her apartment after they broke up:
My first thought was, “he is still here”. So I got scared. Panic, I had no desire to have another argument as we had that morning.
Q: What was the reason for your fear and panic? A: Yes, because he acted in such a stupid manner. Things wouldn’t have turned out well, if I had met him. Q: What would have happened? A: I don’t know, I have no idea, what he was planning to do with me. Q: That morning he just spoke loudly. A: Yes, but he was acting so stupid, I was not in a for another argument. Q: So you were not in the mood to argue with him, but you were not really scared? A: Yes, I was very scared. I don’t let anyone yell at me. I had to learn that in life. I don’t let customers yell at me. No one. Q: Why were you scared then? A: I didn’t know how he would react, he also handles weapons. Q: What do you mean by that? A: He often goes to a shooting range, He owns samurai swords. |
